Our Lamb Hearts are sourced from both Tasmania and Victoria.  Our Tassie farmer supplies both the domestic and export markets with exceptional quality Tasmanian lamb. They proudly source their stock from the fertile pastures of Tasmania, which ensures that you will always receive the best quality proteins.  They have won many awards and are Halal certified.​

Our Victorian supplier is a wholly Australian owned and operated company with over forty years experience in the industry.  They maintain a modern world class fully integrated quality assurance system, and uphold a continuing commitment to the highest standards.
