The Paw Grocer - Brand Ambassadors
Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion
Promoter: The Paw Grocer. Contact support@thepawgrocer.com
Prize: 2 x $750AUD worth of The Paw Grocer treats. One cat ambassador, one dog ambassador. Total pool $1,500 AUD.
Order window: 12 to 18 August 2026
Entries close: 11:59pm AEST, 18 August 2026
Winners announced: 20 August 2026
2. Who can enter
Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of The Paw Grocer and their immediate families are not eligible. Entries must relate to a cat or dog owned by the entrant. One entry per pet.
3. How to enter
Place an order at thepawgrocer.com.au during the order window. A qualifying order is required to enter. No minimum order value. Sale pricing is shown in the product price, so no code is needed.
You will then receive an email with a link to the entry form. Complete the form with a photo of your pet and a short description of their personality before entries close. You must own the photo you submit. Late, incomplete or inappropriate entries will not be considered.
4. Judging
This is a game of skill. Entries are judged by a panel from The Paw Grocer on personality and originality, and chance plays no part. The judges' decision is final. If no suitable entry is received in a category, that prize may not be awarded.
5. The prize
Each prize is The Paw Grocer products to the value of $750 AUD at recommended retail price. Products are chosen by The Paw Grocer in consultation with the winner, based on the pet's needs and stock availability. Substitutions of equal or greater value may apply.
Prizes ship free to an Australian address and may arrive in multiple shipments. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
6. Winners
Winners are notified by email on 20 August 2026 and announced on our social channels. Winners must respond within 14 days and supply an Australian delivery address, or the prize may be forfeited or redrawn. The Paw Grocer may verify eligibility before awarding a prize.
7. Photos and the ambassador role
By entering, you grant The Paw Grocer a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use your photo and entry description in its marketing for 7 days (12-18 AUG 2026). Winners agree to have their pet featured as an ambassador for 1 month and may be asked for a few extra photos. No payment applies beyond the prize in clause 5. To withdraw consent for future use, contact support@thepawgrocer.com. Material already published may remain.
8. Privacy and liability
Personal information is used only to run this promotion and, for winners, the ambassador role above. We handle it under our Privacy Policy at thepawgrocer.com.au.
The Paw Grocer is not liable for entries lost or delayed by technical faults outside its control. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. General
The Paw Grocer may amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. These terms are governed by Australian law. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform.
