Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Details

Promotion title: The Paw Grocer Golden Ticket

Prize: 10 x $100 voucher codes, each redeemable at thepawgrocer.com.au

Promotional period: 9 June 2025 to 30 June 2025

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.

Employees of The Paw Grocer and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

No minimum purchase value is required. All orders placed during the promotional period are eligible.

4. How It Works

During the promotional period, 10 Golden Tickets will be randomly inserted into 10 separate orders placed at thepawgrocer.com.au.

Each Golden Ticket contains a unique $100 voucher code. Winners are determined by random selection at the time of order fulfilment.

The Golden Ticket will be physically included inside the order packaging. Customers who receive a Golden Ticket will find their unique voucher code printed on the ticket.

The Paw Grocer does not offer hints, previews, or advance notice of which orders will contain a Golden Ticket.

5. Prize Details

Each prize consists of one $100 voucher code redeemable at thepawgrocer.com.au.

Voucher codes expire on 30 October 2025. Codes not redeemed by this date will be forfeited.

Voucher codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

The total prize pool is valued at $1,000 AUD (10 x $100).

6. Claiming the Prize

Winners can redeem their voucher code at checkout on thepawgrocer.com.au.

If a winner has questions about their voucher code, they should contact support@thepawgrocer.com within 7 days of receiving their order.

The Paw Grocer reserves the right to verify eligibility before honouring a prize.

7. Liability

The Paw Grocer is not liable for any lost, delayed, or misdirected orders that result in a Golden Ticket not being received.

The Paw Grocer is not responsible for any technical issues preventing voucher code redemption, outside of issues directly caused by The Paw Grocer.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights a consumer may have under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.

The Paw Grocer handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at thepawgrocer.com.au.

9. General

The Paw Grocer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
