Not happy

I ordered Wild Boar which my cat really likes an for some reason you have taken the liberty to not fulfill my order an sent me Pork Tongue which is a absolute waste of my money as my cat refuses to eat it. I order what my cat eats only so do not appreciate you sending me product I don’t order instead of my order.
Next problem, Why is this Wild Boar not completely freeze dried ? I don’t understand why some of this is still half dried an it actually sticks to my cat’s teeth so I have to actually pick out the pieces that are completely dried. Will this product even keep an be safe for her to eat as it’s still partly raw ??????????

All my fur babies have gone crazy for the treats. Especially the duck liver and the wild boar. We will definitely be restocking these routinely !
